07.02.07 – CarbonZero status

We’re pleased to announce that on 2nd February 2007 Applied Works achieved CarbonZero status by offsetting our carbon emissions for 2006 with co2balance.com. Offsetting works by investing funds in energy efficiency or forestry projects that absorb or prevent the release of a tonnage of CO2 equivalent to your carbon footprint. This year we are taking steps to lower our carbon emissions in order to reduce the amount we will need to offset for 2007. arrow Read our sustainability statement
