Our underlying research enables us to interpret, clarify and articulate the core proposition, in a way that’s appropriate for the target audience.


People-focused

We employ a user-centred design process across all projects, keeping the end user in mind at every stage. We work collaboratively with our clients and partners, sharing ideas early and often through prototyping, user testing and iteration. This builds a shared understanding throughout the decision-making process and brings the true nature of the work to light faster.


Agile development

Our designers and developers work together from the start of every project, to create compelling user interfaces that work seamlessly on any device. We deliver the highest standards in production code, always keeping abreast of the latest technologies. Our process provides the structure to break new ground whilst keeping a pragmatic eye on delivery deadlines. For large-scale enterprise software, we partner with back-end build teams to bring products to market, planning release cycles to continually improve and adapt to change.


Shared success

We help our clients attract new audiences, push boundaries and set new benchmarks. Our BBC Class Calculator achieved 6 million views in just 24 hours, becoming the most shared page ever on the BBC website and winning a prestigious data journalism award in the process. We generated paid subscriptions for The Times iPad edition, delivering compelling interactive stories across health, sport, the economy, science, current affairs, history and fashion. And we’ve helped Genesys reach new markets with an ongoing rollout of flagship customer services products, seeing them top Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Contact Centre Infrastructure ‘completeness of vision’ for the 8th year in a row.
